Tropical Storm Lidia batters the Baja Peninsula

Tropical storm Lidia struck Los Cabos and now as advanced up the Baja California peninsula. Reports of full dry river beds washing our roads and bridges including Hwy 1, flooding in southern Baja Sur soon to be followed north to Mulege and Santa Rosalia most likely.
